Friday 2nd November is the first meeting for the parents and children who would be involved in family learning with Mrs Bell. This year the class will be thinking about the residential weekend at Pendrell Hall, nr Wolverhampton. Mrs Bell was pleased when she got an e-mail from David Evans, the principal of the college, asking if William Shrewsbury would like the chance to do a weekend again.
Eight children from 3B went last March and the most fantastic time. Mrs Bell and Mrs Hunter were eager to have another go. So all the children in the class got a letter, and 9 parents will go with their Year 3 child next Friday. The first meeting is on Friday 2nd November when all the plans will be made.
David Evans will visit the school on Friday evening to confirm all the arrangements.
